Request your own data export from Instagram, upload the file here and you instantly see who you follow but who do not follow you, who follows you but you do not follow, and who is mutual, plus your pending follow requests if the export includes them. Everything stays in your browser.

How to request your data export

Open Instagram and go to Settings → Accounts Centre
Tap Your information and permissions → Export your information
Choose file type JSON and set the date range to All time, otherwise you may miss older followers or following
Under 'Choose specific info to export', tap Clear all and check only Followers and following under Connections, so the export stays small and fast
Confirm and wait for the notification that your export is ready

The export is a snapshot from the moment you requested it. Instagram can take up to 48 hours to prepare it, so request it in good time.
