Black and white film

Zwart-witfilm · Analoog

Analogue film that records only tones of grey, without colour.

Black and white film is still widely available and easy to develop. Popular films: Ilford HP5 Plus (ISO 400, versatile and forgiving), Ilford Delta 100 (fine grain, high detail), Kodak Tri-X (iconic grain, ISO 400), Kodak T-Max 400. Black and white can be self-developed with simple chemistry, making it more accessible than colour development.
