An elliptical mask in Lightroom for applying local adjustments inside or outside a circle.
Use a radial filter to brighten the subject while darkening the edges of the frame, as a soft vignette. Or reversed: darken the centre and brighten the background. In Lightroom Classic it is a standalone panel; in newer versions it is integrated into the Mask module.
