A photo that is too bright because the sensor received too much light.
In the bright areas of an overexposed photo detail is lost, which is called clipping or blown highlights. Lower the exposure via a faster shutter speed, smaller aperture, or lower ISO. In the histogram the peak clips hard against the right edge.
