An editing tool for setting the tonal range of a photo by moving the black and white point.
Levels shows a histogram with three sliders: black (left), grey (middle), and white (right). Moving the black point right deepens shadows; moving the white point left brightens highlights. Simpler than Curves but less precise. In Lightroom the function is distributed across the Basic sliders.
