Technique
Merging multiple images with different focus points into one fully sharp photograph.
Ideal for macro and landscape. At macro distances depth of field is so shallow that you can never get everything sharp in one shot. Take 5-20 images with small focus steps and combine them in software like Helicon Focus or Photoshop.
